The Arts Are Wild!

The 2nd Annual Young Audiences of Virginia The Arts are Wild will be held May 3, 2014 at the Virginia Zoo from 11:00am-4:00pm!

Arts Are Wild is an awareness opportunity designed to call attention to the importance of literacy and good reading habits at home. Attendees will enjoy performances by YAV artists, hands-on activities at the many "Literacy Exploration Stations," as well as visit all the many animal exhibits the Virginia Zoo has to offer! Meet Cece Bell, award winng children's author and illustrator of "Sock Monkey," and "Rabbit & Robot". The event is co-hosted by Sandra Parker, Anchor of 13 News Now.
